Your benefits will be provided to you in writing and explained in detail at your first physical therapy appointment.
PhysioPartners offers both in and out of network providers and treatment options. Insurance claim filing is offered for most insurances, but your insurer will cover less of your care if your provider is out-of-network. Determine Patient ResponsibilityAccepted forms of payment include personal check, all major credit cards and Care Credit. If a deductible applies, the cost of the visit will be patient responsibility until the deductible is met. You can expect the cost of most sessions to be between $120-175, depending on the procedures performed and the provider selected. |
