Repetitive Strain Injuries

Your occupational therapist is focused on the upper extremity and can help identify and address many common repetitive strain injuries. Treatment focuses on restoring coordination and strength, while decreasing pain. Your occupational therapist will also help identify contributing factors including environmental setup of home and work, analyzing and identifying triggers in daily activities.

  • Carpal tunnel syndrome
  • Lateral and medial epicondylitis
  • De Quervain's syndrome
  • Trigger finger
  • Repetitive strain injuries and tendonitis of the wrist
  • Arthritis in the wrist and hand
  • Post-wrist or finger fractures
