Amy Mashlykin, ACE-CPT, is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She has also completed the Pilates Method Alliance certification program and has 15 years of experience training clients across the lifespan, from college students to the older adult and in a variety of settings, including fitness center, colleges and universities, and corporate wellness programs. Amy enjoys incorporating functional and corrective movement activities into her sessions, as well as body weight and interval training.
Amy takes a holistic approach to health and wellness, stressing the importance of proper body mechanics and alignment, while working to gain mobility, strength, and endurance. She is supportive and encouraging while providing fitness programs that challenge her clients beyond their perceived limits and promoting concentration and control to achieve their fitness goals.
