Move Free is a small group self-care session designed to help you relax and restore mobility. This relaxing session starts off with a gentle warm up and breathing exercises, followed by calming movements and use of foam rolls, Tiger Tails, Franklin balls, and more for self-release to both decrease muscle tension and improve mobility. Once the tension has melted away, finish the session with sustained, but comfortable, guided stretching.
If you have ever wondered how to make yourself feel better at the end of a stressful day or wanted to improve mobility without joining a yoga class, this session is for you! Move Free is also an excellent adjunct to your physical therapist's care plan or can help you sustain your results achieved in treatment.
