Appointments, Payments and Insurance

Appointment Scheduling

• Appointments are available between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. most weekdays.
• Saturday appointments are also available.
• Appointments may be scheduled up to two months in advance, beginning on the first day of each month.

Late Cancellations

We understand that events beyond your control may require you to cancel or be late for your appointment. When possible, we request 48 hours' notice for cancellation of an appointment. Late cancellations and failed appointments will be subject to a $75 charge. Insurance cannot be billed for cancellation fees.

Late Arrivals

We recognize your time is valuable and make every effort to see all clients at their scheduled time. Please understand that your therapy time may be shortened or rescheduled accordingly if you are late.

Physical Therapy Interns

PhysioPartners does accept physical therapists in training who may, under the supervision of your physical therapist, participate in your care. Please discuss any concerns with your therapist regarding interns involved in your care.

Facility Use

Clients may use equipment only as directed by their therapist. Guests who may be attending your visit are prohibited from utilizing any equipment within the facility.
