
Emily Pappas is a certified Pilates Instructor, personal trainer, and stretch coach with a specialization in pregnancy and postpartum fitness. With a diverse background that includes powerlifting, running, and Pilates, Emily brings a unique perspective to her teaching—blending strength, endurance, and mindful movement into her sessions.
After experiencing pelvic floor challenges and a sports related injury, Emily credits Pilates with helping her recover, rebuild her strength, and return to the activities she loves. This journey gave her a deeper understanding of how the body works, as well as a strong sense of empathy that allows her to connect with clients facing their own challenges. She now shares that knowledge and passion with others, helping them move and feel their best.
Emily loves working with people in all stages of their fitness journey, from beginners to seasoned athletes, meeting clients where they are and guiding them toward their personal goals. She is especially passionate about bringing the mind-body connection and principles of Pilates into other areas of fitness, creating engaging and effective workouts that leave clients feeling strong and empowered. She also incorporates assisted stretching into her sessions to help clients build long term mobility and feel more freedom in their movement.
Outside of the studio, Emily enjoys running, strength training, Pilates, and spending time outdoors with her husband, son, and dog.
