Lexie Moore
Lexie Moore, OTD, OTR/L, received her doctorate in occupational therapy at the University of Missouri. Lexie is passionate about empowering individuals through education, reducing stigma surrounding pelvic health, and helping each person better understand and connect with their body. She approaches care from a holistic and individualized perspective, ensuring that treatment aligns with each patient’s unique needs, goals, and lived experience.
Lexie's clinical interests include pelvic floor dysfunction, chronic pelvic and abdominal pain, bladder and bowel concerns, sexual pain, pregnancy and postpartum care, and the complex interaction between the nervous system and pelvic health. She uses a whole-person, trauma-informed lens to support patients across the lifespan, helping them return to meaningful daily activities with confidence, comfort, and improved quality of life.
In addition to her work in pelvic health, Lexie has advanced training in chronic pain science, allowing her to integrate evidence-based strategies to support patients with persistent pain and nervous system dysregulation. Her approach emphasizes collaboration, education, and empowerment meeting each patient where they are and guiding them toward long-term wellness.
Outside of clinical practice, Lexie enjoys making and drinking a whole lot of coffee, engaging in yoga classes, watching Harry Potter movies, attending concerts, traveling and exploring restaurants all around the city.
